License terms
Every file bought from CookSVG comes with the licence below. Buying a file, or downloading it as part of an Unlimited Membership, means you accept these terms.
What you can do
- Use the design on physical products you make and sell — t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs, stickers, decals, cards, party décor and similar.
- Sell those finished products in your own shop, on Etsy, at markets, or through print-on-demand services.
- Edit, resize, recolour and combine the design with your own artwork.
- Use the design in your own marketing photos and listings.
What you can't do
- Resell, share, gift or redistribute the file itself in any format — original or edited.
- Include the design in a digital bundle, font pack, template pack, or any other digital product.
- Upload the design to another stock, print-on-demand, or design marketplace as your own artwork.
- Claim the artwork as your own original design, or register it as a trademark.
- Use the design in anything unlawful, hateful, or defamatory.
Fan art and trademarked characters
Some designs reference characters, teams, brands or shows created by other people. Those designs are sold for personal use only. We do not hold the rights to the underlying characters and cannot grant commercial rights to them. If you choose to sell items made from those files, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for any claim that follows.
Print limits
There is no print limit on your own physical products. If you need an extended licence for volumes above 10,000 units, or for a resale arrangement not covered here, email us.
Unlimited Membership
The same licence applies to every file downloaded during a membership. Files downloaded while your membership was active stay licensed to you permanently, even after it ends.
Credit
Credit is never required, though it is always welcome.
