Before you write
- Missing download? Check the confirmation email for your order — the download links live there. Check your spam folder too.
- File won't open? Tell us the program and version you're using (Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Illustrator) and we'll send a format that works.
- Membership question? Include the email address on your CookSVG account.
Custom work
Need a design that isn't in the shop? Send a short description and the size you need. We take on a limited number of custom requests each week.
Hours
Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are answered Monday morning.
