What do I get when I buy a file?

An instant download. After payment you get a link on the confirmation page and in your email. Most designs include SVG, PNG, DXF and EPS — the exact formats are listed on each product page.

Nothing ships, right?

Correct. Every CookSVG product is a digital file. There is nothing physical and no shipping cost.

Will these work with my cutting machine?

Yes. SVG and DXF files are made for Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Brother ScanNCut and most laser cutters. PNG files are 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds, for sublimation and DTF printing.

Can I use the files for products I sell?

Yes. Every file includes a commercial licence for physical products you make yourself. Read License terms for the full detail, including the rules on fan-art designs.

What is Unlimited Membership?

$29.99 for 30 days of downloading every file in the shop — all 30,000+ of them — at no extra cost. Once it's active, prices across the shop show as $0.00 while you're signed in.

How do I get my membership working?

Buy the membership, then sign in to your account. Prices switch to $0.00 automatically. You don't have to ask us to turn anything on.

Does the membership renew automatically?

No. It's a single 30-day pass, not a subscription. Nothing is charged when it ends. Buy again whenever you want.

Do files I downloaded during my membership expire?

Never. Anything you downloaded is yours to keep and sell with, including after the membership ends.

Is there a download limit on the membership?

No daily cap and no total cap. Download as much as you can use in 30 days.

My download link expired or won't work.

Email us with your order number and we'll send a fresh link the same day.

The file won't open on my machine.

Tell us the program and version you're using and we'll send a format that works. This is almost always a format mismatch, not a broken file.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files can't be returned, so sales are final — but if a file is broken, corrupted, or not what the product page described, we fix it or refund it. See Refund policy.

How often do new files arrive?

New drops every Monday, plus seasonal collections ahead of each holiday.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes, a limited number each week. Send a short description and the size you need.
